I have closed over $42,000,000 in sales and over 1,100 sides! Background:  Rick Emerson grew up in Boise valley which is near Boise, Idaho. He graduated from Boise State University in 1974 with an Associate Degree in Marketing and Management. Rick moved to Fairbanks, Alaska in January of 1975. After living in Idaho for 21 years. He was an employee at Northern Commercial Company (the Caterpillar dealer)for 25 years. Rick became licensed as a realtor in 1997, and has been serving the interior community with honesty and integrity ever since.
